The Baddies w/ Bodies Challenge was created by Laqulia Shuntel, who set the main focus of the challenge on "sculpting and carving" out your dream body, while also transforming your mind to ensure you have the mental toughness to maintain the results, its NOT about just getting summertime fine, getting thick and fit, seeing your bikini line and so on. It's about building strong workout habits, strength, and confidence that will have you in love with yourself entirely.
